Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No. We removed minimum order quantities on purpose so that new and smaller businesses can buy from us without committing to volume they are not ready for. Orders from a single piece are welcome.
Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?
No. Pricing is flat per piece: the same price per piece whether you order one or 1,000, with no volume tiers to unlock. That keeps pricing simple for a salon buying a few pieces and a distributor buying many.
What counts as one piece?
Wefts and bundles, keratin-tip bundles (100 tips of 1 g each) and tape-in packs are each a standard 100 g unit. Closures, frontals, wigs and clip-ons are priced per piece or per set. Each product page shows its starting price.
Do you offer free samples?
We do not offer free samples, but paid samples are available so you can check quality before placing a larger order. A typical sample order is three or four bundles, or two to three bundles with a closure or frontal.
How long does a wholesale order take?
The lead time on a wholesale order is production time, typically 3 to 20 business days and sometimes longer. It depends on what is in the order, how many pieces you need, whether colouring or lightening is involved, and whether the order includes lace products. We ship worldwide from India once production is complete.
Why do lace closures, frontals and wigs take longer?
Lace products are hand-knotted, not machine-made. Making one takes about 2 working days for a closure, 5 for a frontal, 5 for a closure wig, 7 for a frontal wig and 10 for a full lace wig. These are making times per piece, and the lead time for an order also depends on quantity.
